My name is Saravanan Venkadasalam.

I need it for startup meta search engine for all seafarer. This is important to seafarer because they stay away from shore at different time zone and with this platform they can reserve training for certificate renewal at lower cost by comparing the training providers. I am unable to fund this myself due to my present remuneration is insufficient to create a huge project like this and all my saving has been utilized at idea stage.
