TOGETHER FOR INDIA

Dear Redhill family and friends,

India holds a special place in our hearts. Our founder, Jacob, is from Kerala, our other co-founder Surekha has Indian heritage and we have many dear members of the Redhill fam in India or with loved ones there.

As we are all well aware, India has been hit by a devastating second wave of COVID-19 with over 400,000 cases reported each day over the last week alone. Many communities are struggling to deal with the spread of the virus, facing challenges with medical supply shortages and access to healthcare. 

Over the past few weeks, many of our colleagues have lost loved ones. 

In light of this, Redhill have launched the TOGETHER FOR INDIA campaign to raise funds in support of Covid Care Goa. 

Goa is one of the most severely affected States in India during the second wave of pandemic, with the highest positivity rate in the country. 

While researching who we wanted to partner with for this campaign, we felt it important to support an initiative where our funds will really be able to make an impact. We’re confident that we’ve found that in Covid Care Goa - an initiative led by young volunteers who have been relentlessly serving the community ever since the second wave of Coronavirus pandemic struck the State. 

Covid Care Goa has helped 9,000+ people gain access to oxygen concentrators,  oxygen cylinders, verified information and other equipments. In addition the organisation helps underprivileged people by funding of their food, medical & hospital bills

Redhill World pledges to match all donations made throughout the campaign period from  27 May 2021 to 14 June 2021, thereby doubling the impact of the contribution. Your contribution will be given directly to India-based NGO Gram Vikas Trust that will work with COVID Care Goa in implementing the relief work in Goa.
