The country is facing a devastating humanitarian crisis amid the second wave of the COVID19 pandemic. To curb the rapid resurgence of the coronavirus, several states have imposed the lockdown. It has adversely affected thousands of daily wage earners, servants, daily labourers and many more.
Many have lost their only source of income and are being forced to sleep hungry every night. GirlScript Foundation is India's biggest tech community and now wants to utilize the network and reach to help needy ones in this time of pandemic. Our goal now is to help 1000 families all over India in these cities.

About the Foundation:
We are India’s first & biggest Indian originated technical community working in the field of supporting and training youth with technology and programming. The GirlScript Foundation was incorporated in 2017 with one priority goal of increasing the active participation of women in the technology and programming sector meetup to 60%. With numerous projects, workshops and seminars we have managed to remove technology related myths and awareness about opportunities that come along with it. The organization has impacted 5,00,000+ learners in 77 cities and 34 countries globally to help beginners with tech education and employment.
The Funds will be utilized for:
Distributing cooked meals twice a day for two weeks to the 1000 poor families.
Ration to the families of daily wage earners.
We have the luxury to stay at our homes while there are hundreds who are struggling to get even one time of meal. You can change their lives by contributing to this cause.
