For Fundraisers or Campaigns Originating in and from India

1. We offer one simple payment processing charge of 3.75% (including GST) per transaction.
2. Flexible disbursement cycle depending on the plan you choose.
3. Fundraiser/Beneficiary KYC (Know Your Customer) details like name, email id, contact number will be required to approve the fundraiser.
4. If the fundraisers opt-in for the account manager support, a 2% fee will be charged. This is an optional service.

6. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, Stripe or PayU.

For Fundraisers or Campaigns Originating in and from India, If accepting international donations:

1. For accepting international donations by a nonprofit, charity, trust, foundation or any kind of charitable organization, a digital or scanned copy of an active FCRA certificate is mandatory for verification as per Reserve Bank of India norms.
2. For accepting international donations by an individual or any business or commercial organization, the beneficiary' bank should allow the beneficiary's bank account to receive international wire transfers. Such beneficiaries shall also ensure that the such foreign funds raised on the platform should be used for the exact purpose mentioned in the campaign. Such foreign funds can not be remitted by the beneficiary to any registered or unregistered NGO or charitable organization. Crowdera will not be responsible for any action by law enforcement agencies taken against fundraisers not complying with the Indian FCRA rules. For more information read our terms and conditions.
3. Once foreign funds come to Crowdera's account, it is transferred to the beneficiary account after 120 days of the last contribution received. At discretion of Crowdera compliance officer, exceptions can be made for early disbursement depending on the purpose of the fundraiser and level of urgency.
4. A wire fee of $45 will be applicable on each disbursement. The minimum amount for disbursement should be $500.
5. The processing fee of 7% (including the payment gateway fee) will be charged on every international donation processed.

For Fundraisers or Campaigns Originating in and from India enrolled in Crowdera's "Always On" Program

1. For activation in the AlwaysOn program, an additional 1% fee (besides the regular payment processing fee) will be charged per transaction for all campaigns active in AlwaysOn program.
2. All fundraisers and campaigns will be eligible for the AlwaysOn program if they have signed up for any of the plan upgrades and no additional fee per transaction will be charged for such campaigns. No other terms will change.
