This is the first feature documentary on the rights of mentally challenged people in India by Diganta Dey.


My name is DIGANTA DEY.


I need it for completing my first feature documentary film 'Mental Manifesto' which deals with the Constitutional Violation of Equal Rights for mentally challenged people of India. We don't know the WHO (World Health Organization), United Nations Convention Act & Mental Health Act of India where they should be included equally everywhere but the actual scenario is different.


 This is important to me because after 15% of the shooting I have no such fund to complete this big-budget film. I am unable to fund this myself due to being an independent filmmaker.
